After a year in Lincoln, Maine, a couple years at U of Maine in Orono, and 3 years in Bangor, yas-suh, I am quite familiar with that cold. It was enough to make me move south . . . to Massachusetts. Though I do miss those two weeks in August that are refered to as 'summer' up there.

Kingston born and bred, with a few not too distant stops through the years. One of my brothers lives in Manomet and the other two live in Plymouth. I'm embarrassed to say I'm not familiar with the Bird Observatory.

Funny you should mention Bert & I. I was going through some old tapes yesterday and tossing some old cassette demos, when I happened upon a cassette an old co-worker of mine gave me several years ago.

I know what I'll be listening to a little later in the car.

*tch* ok, my bad. I actually hear a slight glottel stop at the very end of that instead of any consonant.
