Bob!
They didn't spare any expense giving you guys a lavish studio in which to work, huh? _________________ Be well,

That was a step above what the original studio was, from what I heard!
They have moved now down with the rest of the Clear Channel stations in Charlotte. Where they actually don't have to use carts for spots! Of course the syndicated guys (John Boy and Billy) have their OWN lavish studio that no one else gets to use. _________________ Try to imagine a world where there is no such thing as hypothetical situations.

Ahhhh the glamorous life of Radio...I remember it well!...MY office used to be right next to the bathroom....and at one point had a dead rodent decaying in the walls!....The memories abound!

That's funny...Where I was, my office used to be upstairs from the studio behind the sales offices in the unheated portion of building. When they renovated, they gave my office to the sales manager (and of couse added heat). Feeling bad for me they built me a tiny room on the wall between the mens and ladies restrooms. _________________ Tony Impieri

Welcome Tony!
I am a (day job) Radio Production Director with aspirations of being the next Philip Banks, except less Scottish and more Dave Christi-ish.
Also, Dan-O... I'm still looking. WHERE is the hidden watercress supposed to BE in that picture? _________________ Dave "Christi" Felton

My dear friend Louise who was reading over my shoulder said "Och yer nay! Fit numpty cried ya Scottish? Michty me, fit an' eejit!"
Hard to argue with that, isn't it? |
