Fran and I tried ...it showed us as connected but she couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear her....had the right device selected, access to mic was enabled...maybe I need to restart my computer

I think it may be on my end, Rob. I tried with Jodi K and it was the same. Mine worked flawlessly before. I think the only thing that's changed is the Chrome update (to ver 33). I sent a tweet out to InQuality and will probably send an e-mail as well. I will try again in the AM. Figures this would happen right after I ask my web guy to add the link to my page Rolls Eyes

I had a similar issue, but re-installing my Focusrite Scarlett driver did the trick.

So, about 5 minutes after I sent the e-mail to Kevin, he called me (that's impressive customer service). We looked at a few things and he is going to investigate further and call me back. I'll let you know how it goes, but I have a feeling it's something stupid on my end Embarrassed

Back up and working...yay!

It was an issue on my end. While Kevin was looking at their servers, I remembered that in addition to the Chrome update, I also installed anti-virus (which I hadn't really bothered with before on my Mac). I uninstalled it and it started working. Kevin had also found a hung process on one of the US relay servers and so we thought that might have been it as well. I reinstalled the anti-virus software (Sophos, in case you're interested and are still reading this book) and it stopped working again. Uninstalled and it's working. So that solves that mystery Smile
