Thanks for asking anyway. I'm not suprised. These mics are rock solid and there really isn't a need to keep a spare in a safe environment. When I ran radio stations I would generally keep an extra one or two in my desk but I was dealing with DJ's who abused the crap out of equipment. Dirty patchouli smelling "pretending their as cool as hippies" disk jockeys.
I have accepted an offer on the mic just FYI. I'm not going to say sold yet because he hasn't paid me but I think it's a done deal.

Hey Brian,
Don't feel bad.
I also sold my RE 20 even though I loved it dearly
but the practical bean-counter part of me couldn't justify keeping
it around. It got squeezed out by by my LDCs. |

I think I'll have a New Orleans style wake for her when she ships out. I don't feel bad for her though. Apparently she gets to go live in Hawaii.
