Sure. Mostly dealing with the recording enviroment is more important than extraneous noise. Just pointed it out for people who may have an greater insulation needs.

The problem with the vacuum glass being physically joined should be a non-issue, granted that VO artists will not have a problem with bass rumble coming from inside the booth (if it is, you should probably see a doctor)

Please elaborate! Or post pictures. I'm battling to get mental imagery of this, but it sounds interesting.
