Diana, you have a great sound! I love the energy.
Demos should show variety, and in the neighborhood of 7-10 seconds of 6 or 7 spots. You have 3 complete spots, all at the same high energy level. Cutting those down in length and alternating them with some quieter pieces would give you a better showcase.
That said - despite the "unconventionalness" of your demo, I really enjoyed listening to it |

Diana,
What Mary said is right on the money. What you have isn't so much a demo as 3 samples of your high energy work. You do that very well and if that's all you want to promote, then cut down the 3 spots so you have one 60 second demo with excerpts from each. Maybe use the beginning from one, middle from the second and the end of the third? _________________ Be well,

I do like the tone of your voice...unique, if you ask me.
That said, I dunno why, but to me, the whole thing sounds like an on-air personality reading spots during a commercial break. Maybe it's the music chosen or effects used or ?? I'm not sure why.
Also, I talk fast and I often am told by my director / producer / engineer to slow the hell down, so I think you might want to have some stuff on there with a more leisurely pace.
And, as has been said, more variety...these are all sorta yelled (which might be why my first impression was what it was)...definitely mix it up. _________________ Lou Zucaro
