Oh great! My latest client says he is looking for a read like Alexander Scourby.
I was about to say: "Then why don't you HIRE Alexander Scourby?" until I realized he died in 1985.
One of Scourby's claims was he was the first guy to record the bible in its entirety (the second was Bob Souer, I think). Aside from that, he was a Shakespearan actor, and narrator of numerous Nat'l Geographic specials and the CBS Medical special: "The Body Human".
But, hey, no pressure, Dave.... just do it.

dave, thanks for the lesson. i had no idea.
there's no problem, really, since scourby has a few of the same letters in his last name as yours. it's simpatico!
it's not a read of the bible, is it?

Thanks for the plug, but I assure you there are several in line between the Great Alexander Scourby and me. (I loved his work on the National Geographic specials.)
