Hi all, I have a bit of an odd query, can anyone help?
I have to do a test session with a client on Sunday, I have Source Connect and Pro Tools running apparently fine on my studio computer. I have mapped the ports properly and can log into SC perfectly. I can record and play back fine, but when I do the export to MP3 there is nothing on the file. I can't understand what isn't working. I have used SC before on my Mac Book with absolutely no probs of this sort.
I must be missing something really obvious, but does anybody have any ideas?
I am running PT 7.3.1 cs6 on a 2ghz Mac Mini Duel Core with Source Connect standard.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Oh dear........no, really oh dear........I should know better, after all I earn my living doing this......I'm supposed to know whats going on, really......tsk tsk tsk.
Right, hands up David and give everyone a laugh....OK here goes....the reason I wasn't getting any playback after exporting to MP3 was........because I hadn't changed the output to my mBox. 
Shall I start a poll for how stupid anyone think David feels now?

 Now that makes me feel better....or at least not quite so thick.
Session done, audio recorded and sent off. Phew!!! 12.40 in the morning is waaaaay to late to be trying to concentrate.

Hey good news, I did a session with the Middle East this morning and it was perfect, even the delay was no worse that ISDN.
If you search for dmonteath that will get you right to the broadcasting heart of a small English village and its resident alien voiceover.
I have added you to my list.
I am dubbing a well known religious story this afternoon, but will be online from around 8PM (UK time) which is 12 noon Las Vegas time. I will keep an eye on the contacts to see if you are around.

OK, thanks for that.
Unfortunately, my DAW took a DIVE. Gotta reformat the HD.... OS problems.
That means I'll have to re-install everything, and may not be able to get back on SC for a few days.
