VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

I have a good friend who's moved to Portland, Oregon and is a talented script writer as well as voice talent. She writes mostly industrial, training, and motivational types of material for video. She wants to break into the local market and of course would like thoughts on that, but I'm wondering if there's a board like VO-BB for script writers? Or is their a decent job or bidding site for writers like....well, like the site that shall not be named?

Would that be the same as a screenwriter? Yahoo does have a screenwriters group... over 3200 members. Questions there may point to the correct site.
