Please check out www.weebly.com.
I am HTML illiterate to the nth degree, and this works a lot like the old AOL/Hometown pages where one would simply drop stuff in without coding it. You can customize however you want. I'm pretty excited about it.
It's free. All of it.
On a side note, I downloaded a bunch of free templates, but I didn't know what to do with them! Those were at www.opendesigns.org
