I guess this guy is Daniel Stern and he was the narrator as the adult voice of Kevin on The Wonder Years back in the late 80's and early 90's. Unmistakeable voice. I am hearing him on just about every other national ad on TV now. Anyone notice him on alot of stuff too? Loved the show. It was one of my favorites. Too bad he didn't wind up with Winnie..lol.

Daniel Stern, one of the 2 theives in Home Alone. He's done a lot, but don't be surprised if some of the spots you THINK are Mr Stern are actually another voice doing his style. Gasp

He was also in City Slickers. Played the tall friend of Billy Crystal who was cheating on his wife with the grocery store clerk. He and Crystal had the famous dialogue back and forth about being able to watch TV and record on a VCR at the same time.

yes I meant Kevin as a boy....not Daniel Stern......but I am curious to know who the voice actor is that is imitating his style on all of these national TV ads I am hearing. I even heard Daniel Stern narrating on an Animal Plant or Discovery Channel wildlife show. He's getting a lot of work these days.

I just saw a PBS show, Nature or Wild Things with Daniel as the narrator. While he's good, I've been really impressed with Liev Schrieber (CSI) and his narrations for Nova and other shows. He's dry, he's smooth...kind of the high class martini of public television narrators.
