No... not yet. I think I'm more wary about how it will mess with my iTunes library and stuff rather than my production software. I've stopped checking the Audient and Adobe sites... and I just ignore the daily reminders from Apple.

Maybe... one day soon... but nothing's broken, so I don't need to fix it yet.

Yes, went Catalina a few months back and all has been well. I use an Apollo input and Audition for a DAW on a 2019 iMac (also works fine on my 2015 Macbook Pro, which is my travel rig computer).

I have several studio-owner friends who made the leap way before me and gave me the signal to go ahead. _________________ Jack Daniel

Using Catalina on my Hackintosh. All's well - so far. But I am just playing with the other OS from my Win toys to see if it is what I really want to use as a professional DAW system.

In my mind I'm gone to Catalina https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oV_MCQm8iFM or ... Carolina.

Just made the move yesterday. No issues with Audition or Apollo but still trying to figure out the iTunes/Music update. The installation has included audio in the Apple Music a that I don't want there, vo files etc. from another folder. It seems there is one main media folder now handling everything. Like I said, still getting my head around it but otherwise all ok. _________________ "Being Irish, he had an abiding sense of tragedy, which sustained him through temporary periods of joy."

With that said, these days developers are fairly on top of it so unless a device requires some nasty drivers, you're safe. _________________ Chris Duke

Similar to Bish; I don't know if it's for exactly the same reason(s), but unless I absolutely need what's offered by a new computer or operating system release, I stay right where I am.

I'm running a late 2012 Mac mini under OS 10.12.6 (Sierra) and using Adobe Audition CS5.5 (aka CS6). This configuration gives me what I need; at least for the moment, and I certainly don't need the stress of trying to keep up with what seems to be annual OS releases and dealing with the compatibility issues they often create.

Side note: I bought my first SSD (solid state drive; the Glyph Technologies Atom) and will be connecting it and rearranging all peripheral devices tomorrow morning. _________________ Mike

				The BLLLEEPING CATALINA WINE MIXER!!!

Seriously I've always wanted to go, that was Phil Hartman's favorite vacation spot and I love some Phil Hartman.

Tried to get out there before I left LA but missed the one ferry and everyone said it was basically shut down.

Fingers crossed I get out there soon, would love to hear your experiences of the island (non-wine mixer related)

				| Been on Catlina since May with no issues. It did require upgrading a few softwares & plug ins but it's been glitch free and stable as a rock. |
