Tom,

Let me add to the many heartfelt voices who have spoken so eloquently.

My heart goes to you and your family. These events are ever-so-untimely during the Holidays. I pray in the Decembers to come, you will smile thinking of your father...and not be sad.

best to you and yours,

Dave C.

Tom, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I'm just now catching up on the board because I was working the overnight shift last night for my dad. He is entering hospice care today.

Mary...my thoughts & prayers go out to you & your family too.

The loss of ones dad is never easy to bear, but as you said you have some grand memories may they sustain you during these trying times.
My condolences and thoughts are with you and your family. Everyone over 50 should have a colonoscopy I had mine two weeks ago (no big deal).

Tom,
My heartfelt condolences to you on the loss of your father.

Last Dec.29, I lost my oldest brother John at the age of 41 to this insidious beast and sadly he left behind a wife & 2 beautiful little girls. It is heartbreaking to lose a family member at anytime but doubly so at this time of year. I do hope you can deal with this peacefully.

One thing I learned last year was that being around friends helped me cope with the grief I felt, so spend as much time as you can with them.

Tom
