Good news: I scored a great deal on an unused bucket of Green Glue off of Craigslist.

Bad news: Using the bulk-loading caulk to apply the Green Glue has been... interesting. Latex gloves are a must, as is a drop cloth if you've already carpeted the floor and are now working on the walls. Meh Copy will be sticking to my hands months after this is completed.

This, and many more helpful tips, can soon be yours in the upcoming best-selling thread "Project - Brick S***house: The Overkill Booth From Hell" coming soon to discussion boards everywhere.

Agreed. I have carpet in my studio that I plan to remove, so I didn't put down a drop cloth near the booth and that sticky stuff got on my shoes and I tracked it out into the room. The places where I was standing outside the booth now have spots where the glue stuck to the carpet and then became a dirt collector. Good luck EVER getting it off carpet.

Fortunately I think I have enough carpet to re-do the floor, and it's not very spendy... I'm using speaker box carpet from Crutchfield at 20 cents per square foot. It's more the PITA of pulling the carpet up.
