To those of you who are still slightly confused by the smaller of the two badges... all will be revealed here and here
For my part... the most used key on the keyboard today is "delete". _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

The delete key would have been even busier had today not been a holiday in Canada. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

It was indeed a great time. I only regret I wasn't able to make the "after party". Now if someone could just decipher some of the notes I took... |

See? Lee referenced The Dark Tower series, too, with his Thomas Wolfe train: you can't go home again.
I would have been more concerned if the train was named Blaine, though.
Blaine was housed in the city of Lud. There is absolutely not a thing wrong with that.
Edit /Addendum: This post likely makes very little sense, even to me - we have been driving all damned blasted day. Disregard. _________________ Finally, Ford stops starting to say things and starts. |

Now, *that* is circular!
I have updated my profile image accordingly. _________________ Finally, Ford stops starting to say things and starts. |

It didn't make much sense to me either, but my name isn't Eddie. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

It was a wonderful and enlightening weekend, indeed! Thank you, Philip! It was so great to see and spend some time with everyone.
P.S. I have more photos, but was afraid of breeching the aforementioned NDA :-p _________________ Back into the murky lurk from whence I came

If we have a SoCal version, then BBQ at my place!
The whole weekend was wonderful. Stayed in an apartment in Hell's Kitchen on 9th near Times Square. Toured New York in the rain and wind wearing a stylish plastic bag while riding on top of an open double-decker bus on Friday. Then Saturday with 17 or so old friends and 4 new friends sharing secrets. Sunday the concert at Carnegie Hall featuring my brother on horn and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, then Monday in Hudson for my mom's memorial featuring more music from brother and a couple of his friends who he dragged in from orchestras here in the states. Got to cross the Verrazano Bridge for the first time on my way from Newark to JFK. _________________ Playing for a living...

I finally made it back in the very late hours of Friday. While I most certainly would have travelled that distance for Philip's event alone, I'm glad I took the extra time to live a New York week. Early morning walks in Central Park, shopping, catching a musical and a play ('Bullets over Broadway' and 'All the Way' - excellent seats for both), shopping, eating, more shopping, museums, flea markets, subways, the High Line, more eating and an extra little bit of shopping.
And of course, a wonderful Saturday spent with wonderful people.
Thank you all. _________________ www.michaelrhys.com
