Todd, this is almost certainly not what you're looking for as your solution, but if you want a reliable, real-time stream of Fox News and you're willing to do it from a webpage it can be found here:

Just wait the allotted time period for the initial advertisement to go away, and you'll get a live stream of the real-time broadcast.
