Jeff,

In my case, I just ordered a second Internet only service for my studio (though it is in a separate building, so it's a little different situation than yours). As Peter noted, it's a business expense and this way you're not sharing that bandwidth with anyone else, so when you have huge files to transfer, they'll go quicker in either direction.
