My vocal warm up consists of going, "Ahem." |

Jeziss-- I talk all the time so unless it's a 7am session I'm WAY warmed up. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

I sing, not too loudly, in the car on the way to the studio. Just one or two songs that I know by heart. I'll also do a few tongue twisters, like "Red leather, yellow leather" and "A proper cup of coffee from a proper copper coffee pot."
If I'm at home trying to read some copy and I'm not feeling at my most vocally limber, I'll do a couple of reads of the copy with a cork between my teeth. |

I certainly employ the pencil-in-the-teeth trick if my tongue is being unco-operative. Similar to the cork trick. What a lifesaver. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Courvoisier is a very nice word to say as a warm-up. Visiting other topics this morning, I found this
to resurrect. It's a great one I'm trying to imitate this morning. Sigh. _________________ sitting at #8, though not as present as I'd like to be. Hello!
