I wanted to give foks on the board a shot at some nice used mics before hitting eBay, They were sparingly used only for voice work.
They are:
ElectroVoice RE20 ($300) About a year old - bought from BSWUSA
Studio Electronics se2200a with schockmount ($200) Less than a year old
The se2200a is a large diagram condensor. It is a decent mic in the that under $300(new) price range. If I didn't have a Gefell M930, this would likely be my goto mic.
Both are in near perfect condition.
I'm asking $12.00 for shipping in the US.
Write or call (866-723-2318) with questions.
Thanks,
Steve |

I was getting ready to try a couple of SE's mics. How is the se2200 compared to the re-20. I use the re-20 mostly now. Looking for something that is a little smoother on my voice. |

The se2200 has more presence and sounds a tad fuller than the RE20, but that's on my voice. It's the nature of a condensor versus a dynamic. When you hear them side by side, the dynamic mic sounds thin. |
