...at least I can take some satisfaction in collecting compliments like these:

"How many times did I say on the first take, 'Well, that was great...what do you think, Bill?'...and says Bill: 'Great...one for safety?'"

"...(you provided) us with line readings that frankly we hadn't even thought about."

"...you made our job WAY easier!"

...and the nicest one, from friend Melissa Exelberth (without whose recommendation these guys would never have known about me): "Jim asked me for my best recommendations for character voices and you are tops on my list. Glad it worked out."

...so am I (and thank you again).

oh - and yesterday i heard a guy on local radio in st. louis talking about how much he loved "that old guy in the chicken commercial".
