Hey Guys and Gals,
I am trying to buy a new mic and I sent a query to Sweetwater several days ago through their website.
NO RESPONSE.
Does someone here have a sales person they like at Sweetwater?
I'm shocked, I tell you.
I'd sure hate for Sweetwater to end up in the "What a Drag" file. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Deidre,
My rep is Paul Lea. Great guy and he get's back to ya. He may not handle your area but I'm sure he could put you in touch with the right person. Going through there site can be a pain sometimes. I always just go straight to him and bypass the site.
paul_lea@sweetwater.com
Hope this helps. |

Care to share which mic you're checking out?

I've been pleased with Alan Carter, Alan_Carter@sweetwater.com.

Thanks for the Sweetwater contacts, guys.
Tom-- for what it's worth, I'm considering a Studio Projects C-1, a TLM 103, and an MXL V69.
All heartily recommended and a couple are being pressed onto me so strongly I am getting grillmarks on my skin. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

"D" I have the Studio Projects C1 and I love it. It picks up the lows nicely and still gives a nice high end as well. You might have to work the mic to find the sweet spot for your voice, but I would recommend that mic. _________________ TG2

Don't "close mic" and smile or you'll have to gate the plaque on your teeth arguing over which piece of gum to destroy. |
