Jeffrey, mine today was "entertainment subject to change" in disclaimer mode. it came out (5 times!) as 'entertainment subjectoshange'
Some times it is the easiest that throw me for a loop!

Museum of Science and Industry always gave me fits, which is too bad because it's a great client.

Recently I received a request to re-record "sequestering." When I read it, it came out "sequestrian." Hell, that's not even a word.

Quadruple ditto on "community" though only when I'm doing a voiceover. When I'm just talking with someone in conversation it comes out smoothly every time. Must be some kind of strange context sensitive switch in my brain or something.
