Hi Katrina - wow, that's beautiful!
Hope you don't mind if I post the URL again - I think there was a problem with case (jpg vs JPG)
This is out Katrina's back door - not mine - although I wouldn't mind one bit! _________________ Elaine

Thanks Elaine - I still can't see the picture on my server - problem with routing or something, i dunno at the moment. but I guess if i want to see it I'll just step outside ;0) until the server sorts itself out.
We get dolphins right outside the door, and flying foxes, multi colored parrots, and butcher birds which are my favourite because they write a different song every day. You can hear them in the morning trying out a new tune together. We have one who comes and sings with me and listens intently at my attempts to do overtoning then flies off in disgust when i can't copy him! I'll keep trying. |

Katrina, are you sure you went to Australia? I helped my wife photograph a wedding a little over a month ago at a club on the water (Mission Bay) with the boats and palm trees too. Looks a lot like here. But, I live in an area many call paradise. Only problem is my house is about 20 miles east of the water and about 20-25 degrees hotter during the summer. Luckliy, it is not far to go to see the ocean and bays.
It sure is beautiful there and the best of luck in your new home
Love the MXL V69 -- thanks again. Good luck in the land downunder.

Cheers Greg!
I know, it does seem very much like SoCAL here. except they drive on the CORRECT side of the road ;0) and talk even funnier. (As a Brit, I never did get used to the other side, even after 8 years in NY) |

I was in Savannah, GA about two weeks ago staying at a friend's condo. Right on the river with a marina. Reminds me a bit of that shot. Man I miss living near the water. _________________ Hart Voice Overs Blog

Australian Motorist Plays Dead for Car Help
By Associated Press
Wed Jul 19, 1:56 PM
SYDNEY, Australia - A driver stranded on a remote stretch of Australian highway Wednesday tried to summon help by playing dead in the middle of the road, a police officer said.
A woman who was driving with her two children spotted the man and had to swerve to avoid hitting him, said Doug Backhouse, a detective with the Western Australia state police.
"She drove around the body _ which didn't move at all _ and got to the nearest phone," Backhouse said.
Local police arrived with an ambulance and found the man alive and well, but with car troubles.
"The best way he thought to get a vehicle to stop was to lay down in the middle of the road and pretend to be dead," Backhouse said, adding that the man didn't think anyone would stop if he were standing up.
Police said they told the man that lying in the road was "a stupid thing to do," but didn't charge him with any offense.
The incident occurred near Esperance, about 450 miles southeast of the state capital, Perth. _________________ sitting at #8, though not as present as I'd like to be. Hello!
