VO-BB - 19 YEARS OLD!

Hi folks,
Wanted to take a few minutes to thank DB and all the posters in the family. I set up my home studio about 6-months ago and started to audition like crazy. And when I had questions, you my vo family always had answers. And as many of you know getting started can be frustrating. Since the last time I posted, I've scored an audiobook job for the autobiography of an NFL player, commercial jobs from Portland and Jacksonville (the Jacksonville jobber is now a repeat client) and most exciting of all I'm recording character voices for the touring stage production of "Sam Cooke: Forever Mr. Soul" which opens in Milwaukee in September and will also have runs in Deleware. In fact they adding cities to the tour. All of my voices will come out of a radio on stage, which will interact with the actor playing Sam Cooke as he retells his life story. Bottom line is, for everyweek this puppy is on tour, I'll get a check. I say all of this to say, if it weren't for the encouragement and advice on this board, I know I would not have gotten this far. I'm still a newbie, but you guys took the sting out...especially Charlie Channel, Banksey and Anthony VO. But I owe all of you a big thanks. Enough now...it's back to work.
