Isabel:

Thank you for the courtesy of a reply. I do appreciate you taking the time. I disagree with your points and while I see little point in offering my response (as these changes seem final irrespective of the paying customers opinions) I will offer you the same courtesy of reply that you offered me.

Problem #1: You're still adding restrictions to your paying customers. We PAID YOU and now we being restricted in how we can respond to job postings. We paid you money under one system and you've dramatically changed the terms. Whether or not you're within the bounds of the user agreement seems much less important than how poorly you're treating the customer. Is Voice 123's new marketing strategy to encourage people to sign up with Interactive Voices or other such services and resign V123?

Problem #2: $100 minimum for a custom voice over demo? That's still too low. Sure, if the specs/details are reasonable, a $100 job is fine but such money does NOT warrant customization. The minimum should be $200 and more likely $250. Show some respect for the value of the voice talents work!

Problem #3: Quality is not a top issue for individuals who would improperly use customized auditions; further, with some processing and effects, even bad audio can be made usable. Don't underestimate liars and cheats.

Problem #4: The changes you made included a primarily cosmetic redesign and evidently the abolition of standard demos. One is standard web practice and the other focused away from the paying voice over artists. So yes, many people have noticed these changes...hence the correspondence.

Solution: well those will be individually based, I suppose and you'll be able to gauge them on your profit and loss statement when you look at year over year renewals versus new member enrollments.

Oh well.
