Wow, I marked C because it turns out that really is how I say it in regular speech. At least I'm pretty sure it is. Recording, however, is A.

Justin-ah....my 17 year old daughter does the SAME THING-AH...If I had a dime for every time I was referred to as "Mom-ah"...I could retire-ah.

That "C" version is also how the Danish pronounce it. I listen to a lot of rockabilly/psychobilly, and while Kim Nekroman from the Nekromantix seems to have no accent usually when he sings, that glottal-shock "T" gives him away every time. Same with his wife Patricia Day from the Horrorpops. It really stands out.
