It's from a corporate narration, from a laundry list of "the most critical electrical maintenance areas" that client provides testing solutions for....comes right after Transformer testers and right before Datacom testing applications,

Had a "tests sites" today on a phone patch session. "um, Mandy, could you make it sound a little more pronounced." "OK, that was good, but don't enunciate it as much this time." shoot me.
