OK...and?.........
And Paddyo made me laff! _________________ Liz de Nesnera O.A.V. ~ Livin' The VO Dream!

One comment: I've always loved the word "Dorky".
I had the same question??? Has anyone here tagged someone else? Why?
I have a free membership, and I'm listed as caring, and soothing. Oh well, I guess it could be worse, I could have been listed as manly, and mature. |

After figuring out how to find the "tags" (I deleted the email description) here is me - according to them: "trustworthy, the dad next door, believable".
Dang I'm gud.
I corrected the spelling on the word believable for this post.
I had thought my tags would have been "old, fat, and sassy". But then again...????

I got "newsy," "clear, " and "strong." And that's the way it is. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

I'm sitting at "clear" and "youthful". I really don't garner "youthful" from my current demos, but what the hell! After reading you guys' posts, I'm just glad the taggers speel gud. _________________ www.septembervoice.com

"Deep," "rich," and "professional."
I don't know if that will help me land any voice gigs, but I think it might get me some dates. |

Mine were "stylish, modern, cool, good". I deleted "good", for cryinoutloud! being tagged by peers begs the question, how relevant is this new system devised by 123's rocket scientists? _________________ Bobbin Beam

Now, that's an idea. Maybe they should hire "rocket scientists". _________________ www.voiceoverdrew.com

As I said I'm no longer a paying member over there, but I do recall when they started this tagging thing up, anyone who submitted an audition was then asked if they'd like to tag demos. They even ran a contest for those who tagged to enter -- don't remember the prize but it was probably a subscription. That all began happening about a year or so ago I'd say.
As for the democracy of tagging, I would think it's just normal internet stuff nowadays -- everything is rated and tagged from sneakers to blog posts. _________________ Diane

The next thing to be rolled out is the Staff of Moses Audition which enables members (for an extra $400) to get blood out of a stone. |
