Welcome!!! This is a great group of people!!!
I'm an Irish citizen by descent but, I've never been to Ireland. It's definitely at the top of the list of places to go... hopefully next year!!! _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!

Welcome aboard. I've never been to Ireland, myself, but I can assure you that this board contains no shortage of Blarney. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Hey Sarah!
Warm Welcome.
Love Irish women.
Married two of them, I did.

Okay now I remember the Blarney Stone, but honestly never knew the legend of it, etc, could be because I am mainly of Scottish descent....hmmmm....maybe a trip to Ireland is in order..... ![Wink](images/smiles/wink.gif) |

We paid a trip to Blarney Castle during our honeymoon tour of southern Ireland. Kissing the Blarney Stone is quite a unique experience, as you can see from the last photo on the Wikipedia page. I can only imagine what it was like back in the day when there were no handy iron bars. (and no cameras to document the experience for your friends!) _________________ Justin S. Barrett

I think my mom's furniture took the scenic route through Ireland - as it has STILL not arrived yet. I'll be looking for the pot-o-gold that you left for us in the van when we finally do see it.
A fine heartly hello from San Diego. _________________ Playing for a living...

While I've never been to Erin, me middle name is Irish as well as at least a fourth of my precedents, and I weep with psychic recognition whenever I see the scenery in the movie The Secret of Roan Inish.
Oh, and Blarney is a very tasty cheese.
Welcome from the desert Southwest!
