Just in case you haven't already tried it... have you checked the software (it's Maestro with my Duet) for a preference or setting that may be overriding what you're doing manually?

Hi Andrew,

I'm a Brit living in the UK and I send my US employers a W-8BEN if required. It seems to be the equivalent of the W8 for foreigners so I expect it's the one you'd want too.

They're propped up and open so I can hear the client but that is it.

That sounds worth a try.

I too only use cans for directed sessions, but even then I'm much more comfortable with my cheapo ...
